(tech+) ## Pour activer votre compte sur le portail Jasper pour votre carte tech+, vous devez ouvrir l'e-mail d'invitation et cliquer sur le lien. Lorsque vous recevez pour la première fois une carte tech+ M2M-SIM, un accès au portail est mis à votre disposition pour gérer vos cartes. Pour activer cet accès, vous recevrez un e-mail généré automatiquement par l'expéditeur **welcome@techplus.globalm2m.net**. Si vous n'avez pas reçu cet e-mail, veuillez d'abord vérifier votre dossier SPAM, car ces e-mails peuvent parfois être reconnus comme SPAM. Dans le mail système, vous trouverez un lien d'activation sous le titre « Password Setup ». Veuillez cliquer sur ce lien et saisir les données demandées : ![tech\_plus\_welcome](https://help.whereversim.de/hs-fs/hubfs/tech_plus_welcome.png?width=670&height=315&name=tech_plus_welcome.png) ATTENTION : Veillez à saisir également le nom d'utilisateur pour l'activation de l'accès au portail. Celui-ci se compose du prénom et du nom, avec une majuscule à la fin de chacun d'eux et sans espace entre les deux : « PrénomNom ». Le lien d'activation n'est valable que 72 heures à compter de son envoi.
