# Accès à distance au portail tech+

## En principe, il n'est pas possible d'accéder à distance à vos cartes SIM M2M tech+.

Vos cartes SIM tech+ M2M se voient attribuer dynamiquement des adresses IP privées qui ne sont pas accessibles via l'internet. Pour le trafic sortant, nous utilisons un NAT de qualité opérateur. Si vous avez toujours besoin d'un accès à distance à vos appareils, nous pouvons vous offrir les services supplémentaires suivants : tunnel IPsec, APN privé et adresses IP publiques. Ces services sont payants et peuvent être demandés à votre contact dans notre équipe de vente si vous êtes intéressé.
