# ¿Las tarjetas SIM M2M de wherever SIM favorecen a determinadas redes?

## Las tarjetas SIM M2M de wherever SIM son SIMs de itinerancia no controlada

Nuestras tarjetas SIM se conectan a las redes soportadas a través de la itinerancia no controlada. Esto significa que no se da prioridad a ninguna red específica. Nuestras tarjetas SIM no tienen la llamada red doméstica. Todos los proveedores de la red apoyada tienen los mismos derechos con nosotros. Si ves que tu tarjeta SIM sólo puede conectarse a algunas redes específicas, comprueba lo siguiente:

#### **a) ¿Se fijó un proveedor de red en el dispositivo final?**

Algunos dispositivos finales permiten seleccionar explícitamente un proveedor para la marcación en red. Por favor, compruebe si este es el caso. Por lo general, se recomienda activar la selección automática de la red.

#### b) ¿Hay otros proveedores de la red disponibles en la cobertura acordada?

Dependiendo de la tarifa acordada, puede ser que no todos los proveedores de red estén disponibles en su región. Compruebe si hay otras redes disponibles y si están incluidas en su plan de tarifas acordado.

#### c) ¿Está bien configurado el APN?

Si el APN no se ha configurado correctamente en el dispositivo final, todavía puede producirse la conexión telefónica a algunas redes. Para garantizar una cobertura total de la red, es necessario configurar el APN. Encontrará los datos de configuración necesarios en este Centro de ayuda en la categoría correspondiente.
