# ¿Cómo puedo desactivar temporalmente una data+ SIM?

## Si temporalmente ya no necesitas una tarjeta SIM, puedes desactivarla tú mismo en el portal online.

Las tarjetas desactivadas no incurren en cargos continuos por los meses en los que no estuvieron activas. Si desactiva una SIM en el mes en curso, se siguen aplicando los cargos habituales para ese mes. A partir del mes siguiente, si la SIM no se reactiva en ese mes, los costes quedarán exentos.

Para desactivar una tarjeta, primero inicie sesión en el portal en línea con sus datos de acceso. En la vista general de dispositivos, marque las tarjetas que desee desactivar:

Ahora haga clic en "Acciones" y "Editar selección". Se abre una pantalla de configuración. Seleccione "Desactivado" para el estado de la SIM:

Confirme con "Ok" para aplicar este ajuste directamente.

ATENCIÓN: Una vez desactivada la tarjeta SIM, el terminal se desconecta de la red y ya no puede intercambiar datos, SMS ni llamadas.
