# ¿Cómo puedo activar mi acceso al portal? (tech+)

## Para activar su cuenta en el Portal Jasper para su tarjeta tech+, debe abrir el correo electrónico de invitación y confirmar el enlace.

Cuando reciba una tarjeta SIM M2M tech+ por primera vez, se le proporcionará acceso a un portal para gestionar sus tarjetas. Para activar este acceso, recibirá un correo electrónico generado automáticamente del remitente **welcome@techplus.globalm2m.net**. Si no ha recibido este correo, verifique primero su carpeta de SPAM, ya que estos correos pueden ser reconocidos ocasionalmente como SPAM.

En el correo del sistema, encontrará un enlace de activación bajo el título "Password Setup". Haga clic en este y complete los datos solicitados:

ATENCIÓN: Asegúrese de que el nombre de usuario también esté incluido para la activación del acceso al portal. Este debe estar compuesto por el nombre y apellido con la primera letra en mayúscula y sin espacios entre ellos: "NombreApellido".

El enlace de activación es válido solo durante 72 horas a partir del envío. Si recibe la información de que el enlace ha caducado, comuníquese por correo electrónico con nuestro soporte técnico a support@whereversim.de.
